Let's get down to nitty gritty, as u know I do squats & focus on proportionate total body development. If I do not have a strong core, legs, shoulder or arms I can't lift this shit. It helps, & this took me 3.5 years of gradual weights increment without missing a chest workout in a week. Safety is always my main priority when it comes to training. I'm always in control... in control of the weight, not the weight controls me.
